Policies & procedures

 

• Check in time is 3pm. Please check out of your room by 11am. If you need to check in before/after office hours or would like a late check out, please request upon making your reservation or upon check in.
• We no longer allow pets in our rooms. Unfortunately, we couldn't afford the number of comforters and sheet sets lost to damage created by owners allowing pets in/on the beds. A $200 fine will be charged for guests who bring pets onto the property. 
• City ordinance requires us to maintain a quite time of 10pm. Fire pit use will not be allowed after 10pm out of respect to other guests staying on the property.
• A credit card is required to guarantee the room and to cover room incidentals. You will be notified of any additional charges to the room prior to being charged. Incidentals can include missing items, damage to the room or for extensive cleaning needed.
• Our hotel is non-smoking! Ashtrays are provided for guests outside all rooms, there will be an additional $200 fee added to your room for smoking along with any room damage.
• Kitchenettes must be left as you found them, or an additional cleaning fee of $50 will be applied to room charges upon check out. If items need to be replaced an additional charge may be applied.
