Policies & procedures
- Check in time is 3pm. To request early check-in, please call the office prior to your check in date. Early check-in is NOT guaranteed, but we will do our best.
- Check-out is by 11am. If you would like to request a late check-out, please call the office. Late check-out can not be guaranteed.
- Cancelations must be made more than 48 hours prior to check in. If cancelation is made less than 48 hours before checkin time, one night's stay will be charged as the cancelation fee.
- We no longer allow pets in our rooms. Unfortunately, we couldn't afford the number of comforters and sheet sets lost to damage created by owners allowing pets in/on the beds. A $200 fine will be charged for guests who bring pets onto the property.
- City ordinance requires us to maintain a quiet time of 10pm. Fire pit use will not be allowed after 10pm out of respect to other guests staying on the property.
- A credit card is required to guarantee the room and to cover room incidentals. You will be notified of any additional charges to the room prior to being charged. Incidentals can include missing items, damage to the room or for extensive cleaning needed.
- Our hotel is non-smoking! Ashtrays are provided for guests outside all rooms. There will be an additional $200 fee added to your room for smoking along with any room damage.
- Kitchenettes must be left as you found them, or an additional cleaning fee of $50 will be applied to room charges upon check out.
- If items such as sheets, towels, furnishings, etc need to be replaced due to guests damaging them, an additional charge will be applied to the card on file.
